Win for Wareham

WES Wareham took out the stroke monthly medal at the Mortlake golf course last weekend.

Saturday’s event saw Wareham take the win with a score of 18-90-72.

Runner-up on the day was Richard van Diemen on 16-89-73.

Nearest the pins: 3/12 Tyler Schafer, 6/15 Peter Palmer and 9/18 Aaron Davies.

Balls down the line went to Kurt Robertson, Steve Hubbard, Peter Palmer, Aaron Davies, Jordan Wareham, Kevin Etherton and Tony McLennan.

The NAGA went to Dougal Ranken.

This Saturday will be men’s and women’s stroke while on Sunday, players will contest a three-person ambrose.
