“On Sunday, May 4 at around 3.50pm a vehicle and quad bike, which were both travelling in the same direction, collided on the Cobden-Warrnambool Road in Glenfyne,” he said.

“The quad bike was looking to turn right in to a dirt road when it was struck from behind by the vehicle.

“The rider of the quad bike, a Glenfyne man, was injured and was transported to the Warrnambool for treatment and assessment.

“Police are still investigating the circumstances of the collision.”

“A man in his 20’s was transported by road to Warrnambool Public Hospital in a stable condition after being treated for upper body injuries.”

Meanwhile on Monday, May 5, police were shocked to detect a young driver travelling more than 35km/h over the speed limit on the same road just outside Naringal.
