Three-person ambrose
GOLFERS enjoyed a three-person ambrose competition at the Mortlake course last weekend.
The winners on the day were Josh Jewell (20), Shane Slater (10) and Craig Fowler (9) 6.5-65-58.5.
Runners-up were Peter Palmer (8), Slade Palmer (0) and Tyler Schafer (5) with 2 1/6-61-58 5/6.
Nearest the pins: 3/12 Slade Palmer, 6/15 Tony McLennan and 9/18 Richard van Diemen.
Balls down the line: Wes Wareham, Paul Wareham, Sam Wareham, Jordan Wareham, Jack Lehmann, Josh Brown, Richard van Diemen, Steve Hubbard and Tony McLennan.
Josh Brown from East Framlingham was the visitor.
