Slow down: Police have called for caution after another crash on Ecklin Road.

Terang Police Senior Constable Ken Sayer said police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Ecklin Road last Wednesday afternoon at around 5.30pm.

“A silver Holden Commodore station wagon was travelling in the Warrnambool-bound direction,” he said.

“It appears the vehicle has gone off on the corner and has then overcorrected, and the vehicle rolled once.

“Speed is possibly an issue but investigations are ongoing.

“There was a witness as a truck was travelling in the opposition direction.”

Snr Const Sayer said Ambulance Victoria attended the scene with the two occupants of the vehicle receiving assessment from paramedics for minor injuries.

He said this was the second vehicle incident at the spot in the past few weeks, and urged motorists to be cautious.

“This is directly opposite where a tanker went off the road, on the exact same corner,” Snr Const Sayer said.

“We urge motorists to adhere to the speed limit and drive to the conditions.”
