Reformed Freeballers take the win

AFTER drafting younger players to re-build their side, Freeballers enjoyed success in round three of the Corangamite volleyball competition.

The team defeated second-placed NOBTS 2-1.

Poachers still remain the team to beat. They kept their unblemished record by easily accounting for Champs and the re-consolidating Freeballers.

Ballbusters are filling fourth spot on the ladder due to some steady, early-season form, while Champs are slowly getting their act together – but they could surprise the stronger teams in later rounds.
