Rebels debut for Lilly Dixon
TALENTED Terang Mortlake footballer Lilly Dixon made her debut for the GWV Rebels last weekend.

The Rebels were without regulars Maggie Johnstone and Jovie Skewes Clinton on Saturday, paving the way for Dixon to join her Rebels team-mates at Mars Stadium for their clash against cross region rivals, the Western Jets.
Dixon no doubt relished the opportunity to experience game day with the Rebels.
Unfortunately the side was unable to come home with a win, going down by 31 points to the Jets, 2.6.18 to 7.7.49.
The Rebels currently sit 11th on the ladder after seven rounds, with three wins on the board.
Dixon, who is a bottom aged player, has featured among the best in the Bloods’ under 18 female side for each of its six games so far this season.
The Bloods currently sit second on the Western Victoria Female Football League ladder, on equal points but percentage behind leaders CFNC.
The Bloods under 18 girls will have a bye this week before taking on the third-placed South Warrnambool at Reid Oval next Friday, June 20.
