ONLY Pomborneit’s division one premier cricket team was meant to play last Saturday, with the second week of the split round abandoned due to the heat.
Max Rees retired on 51 runs and contributed four wickets in Pomborneit’s under 16s clash against Heytesbury Princetown on Sunday.
