Getting crafty
CHILDREN had the opportunity to fly high with their imaginations and creativity over the school holidays at their local library.
Roar-some: Children were hard at work at the Camperdown Library last Thursday.
The Corangamite Moyne Library Service last week held make your own dragon puppet sessions across the shire, including a session in Camperdown and one in Derrinallum.
Children in attendance enjoyed being able to craft their own puppets, using pencils, crayons, textas and even glitter to add their own flair to their dragons.
“It’s a good inside winter activity for the kids,” Jess Dickson, whose child participated in the activity, said.
